Introduction
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the gateway for admissions to undergraduate medical (MBBS) and dental (BDS) courses in India. After the NEET exam results are declared, the counselling process is the most crucial phase. It is through this centralized system that aspiring medical students secure seats in various government and private medical/dental colleges nationwide based on their All India Rank (AIR) and preferred choices.
